Morrie’s Automotive Group, a dynamic, long-standing, and growing retail automotive group based in the Twin Cities metro area is expanding and has an opening for an experienced Warranty Administrator at our Maplewood Mercedes-Benz store.

The Warranty Administrators is responsible for but not limited to the processing all of the required warranty paperwork required by the manufacturer. They will need to reconcile the warranty receivables, post credits, verify the criteria required by Mercedes-Benz under their policies. The Warranty Admin. must also follow up on all outstanding claims and resubmit any claims that have been rejected in a timely manner. It is the responsibility of the Warranty Administrator to be well informed on all of the Manufacturer warranty policies and procedures and to ensure they are aware of all changes.

Requirements:
-1 year of experience
-Experience on the Reynolds and Reynolds system preferred
-High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in the automotive industry
- Customer service and interpersonal skills
-Detail oriented
