 Morrie's Automotive Group is currently recruiting for the position of an BDC agent in our dealership. As a BDC agent, you are essentially the life of the organization. Your personality and ability to multi task will essentially be the first point of contact for all customers of our dealership. Whether they be setting a service appointment via phone, or if they are setting an appointment to look at a pre -owned vehicle. As a BDC agent, you will process telephone, email, chat, text, and other inbound leads within the store. And you will coordinate the visit with respective departments and follow the customer through the buying cycle. Your gift of being a tenacious and effective communicator will be heavily relied upon. 2017 Includes plans for significant expansion within this department, and we need a team of reliable people that are ready to lead the charge.   • Strong data entry and 10-key skills
