Morrie's is looking for Full-Time Customer Service Specialists-Business Development Center. We are busy and need somebody to take our BDC to the next level. You will not have to cold call. You will be working with people who have contacted Morries. No selling is involved, just a great, can-do attitude.
 
The Business Development Center’s focus is generating appointments through potential customers while providing the best customer service. Candidate needs to be independently motivated, career focused and able to work in a team setting toward specific goals.

Hours: Mon 1-9pm, Tues & Wed 8-5pm, Thur 1-9pm, every other Fri/Sat 8-5pm 



Responsiblities:
 
  • Follow up on internet leads.
  • Answer inbound sales calls
  • Schedule new and used car appointments
  • Create “equity position” proposals for current customers.
 
Qualifications:
 
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience (preferably in a dealership)
  • Experience taking high volume calls in a fast paced, demanding environment
  • Strong data entry and 10-key skills
  • Effective spoken and written communication skills
  • Ability to follow procedures and use provided scripts
  • Ability to make 50-100 phone calls per day
  • Team player attitude
  • Prompt and courteous
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Previous call center experience is a great asset.
